Selling a home is daunting. ListingLens can mitigate some of these challenges through extensive experience in working with home owners and realtors alike, to ensure your photoshoot goes as smoothly as possible. All services (still photos, drone, 3D, floor plans, and video) can be done in a single trip, reducing the stress on both realtor and homeowner(s). There is no need to be present. With homes on lock box, we’ll do the work of turning on lights, opening blinds, and removing minimal clutter (within reason) if overlooked by the homeowner(s). Save the stress for packing and paperwork, and let us handle the content gathering. You’ve got enough on your plate!
Drone Media
Property layouts, water views, and proximity – showing these selling points to prospective buyers requires an aerial view. ListingLens is Part 107 certified with the FAA, allowing for commercial drone operation within federal guidelines. Is your listing near an airport or other restricted air space? We’ll put in a request with the FAA and likely gain permission to fly.
3D Virtual Tours / Floor Plans
Still photos are great for those who can visit a listing, but what about those long distance out of state buyers? Matterport 3D technology creates a virtual 3D representation of the interior spaces. Make it easy for those long distance buyers to fall in love with a property without having to cross the country. Many people are moving to Raleigh and surrounding areas from distant locations, and allowing them to virtually walk through a listing at their convenience is invaluable.
Real Estate Videography
Still photos capture the home – video captures the feel. A good real estate video illustrates a natural flow through the home dynamically, in a way that holds the viewer’s attention, but is never too much. It can mean that prospective buyers arrive to showings having already established an emotional connection.
